How do I get paid?
Rewards are paid via bank transfer once a referral's application is approved and verified. Commissions are paid after property handover.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. Refer as many people as you like — there's no cap, and your rewards scale with our Partner tier.
How long until I see my reward?
Pending referrals appear in your dashboard immediately. Rewards unlock when the referred application is marked approved.
Do I need to be a property owner?
No. Anyone can join the referral program — you just need a LastRent account.
